GROSSMAN, Bertha "Teenie" Davis, died on Thursday,Dec.31st in Atlanta, Georgia. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jack Grossman Her children Sandra Fleischman (Sol) and Harold Davis (Sandi) Nephews Steve Shear, Jeff Shear (Kelly), grand nieces and nephew and cousins in Tampa, Fl., Atlanta, Bainbridge, and Tifton, Ga., and Netanya, Israel. She is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Beatrice Woolf. And her beloved sister Geraldine "Goldie" Shear. She was born on May 28th, 1930 in Tampa, Florida. Graduated from H.B.Plant High School and attended University of Miami. She then moved to St. Louis and later Atlanta to raise her family where she has lived ever since. She was a loving mother and devoted wife. She was active with the City of Hope during much of the Seventies and Eighties and served as City of Hope Atlanta Chapter President in 1980. Graveside services will be held Monday, 1:00 PM at Schaarai Zedek Cemetery. Rabbi Marc Sack will officiate.
