Ruth Carlyle, 91, of Tampa, died Thursday February 12, 2009. Survived by daughter Elaine Stearns of Melbourne, Florida; son Arthur Carlyle of Reno, Nevada; and a granddaughter. Graveside services took place at 4:00 p.m. Friday February 13, 2090 at Beth Israel Cemetery, Tampa.
