Richard Osborne

OSBORNE, Richard R., age 59, of Tampa, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018, while in the company of his loving family. A native to Tampa, Richard loved spending time out on the water fishing and being with family. For over 12 years he coached softball at Interbay Little League. Richard is preceded in death by his brothers Eddie and Danny Osborne. Survivors include his beloved children, Charles Osborne, Grace McNorrill (James), Alicia Mirablla, Richard Mirablla, and Sabrina Ciuzio (Robert); sister, Penny Osborne and eight cherished grandchildren.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Interbay Little League.
