91, of Temple Terrace, died September 11, 2012. Mrs. Nurman was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States in 1949 and resided in Temple Terrace for over 20 years. She was a Holocaust survivor and shared her experience as a speaker to groups of children to educate them about the Holocaust. She was a member of the Jewish Federation of Pinellas & Gulfcoast Jewish Family Services. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rose & (Ed) Levine of Temple Terrace, son, Harry Nurman of Temple Terrace, son Freddie Nurman of Scotchplains, NJ, three grandchildren, Jonathan, Adam and Daniel and three great-grandchildren, Joshua, Samantha & Aliyah. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 2:30pm at Beth Israel Cemetery in Tampa. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Holocaust Musuem, 55 5th Street South, St.Petersburg, FL 33701 or the Gulfcoast Jewish Family Services, 14041 Icot Boulevard, Clearwater, FL 33760.
