Pross Ruth

PROSS, Ruth ,age 100 of Weinberg Village in Tampa died Sunday, February 16, 2014. Mrs. Pross was born in Brooklyn, New York and came to Tampa four years ago from Pembroke Pines, FL. She was a member of Congregation Kol Ami, a life member of Hadassah and formerly was among the founding members and past president of the Hebrew School of the Oakland Jewish Center in Bayside, New York and former member of Temple Sinai in Hollywood, FL.. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Irving and her devoted son, Arthur. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dr's. Ron & Susan Pross, grandchildren, Adam, Rachel & Seth and seven great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hadassah or Congregation Kol Ami. Shiva will continue Saturday, Sunday and Monday at the Pross residence.
