KANIK, Phyllis Helene, 86, of Tampa, passed away on October 14, 2021. Phyllis is survived by her two sons, Dr. Keith Kanik and Andrew Kanik. Services were held graveside at Gan Shalom Cemetery in Lutz, Florida.
