88, of Tampa, passed away December 2, 2017. She was born in Burlington, VT and resided in Tampa her entire life. Patti is survived by her daughter, Allison of Asheville, NC; son, Joe (Jill); three grandchildren, Bryce, Nathan, and Ian; sister, Judy Tobin; and her great friend and "adopted" son, Ronnie Clark. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Mickey Frank.
Patti had a great life. Above all else, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She considered her close-knit circle of life-long friends to be her second family. Throughout her life, Patti volunteered for causes close to her heart, including the American Cancer Society, the Humane Society, and the Sisterhood of Schaarai Zedek. She had a great love for animals, which she passed on to her children; was an avid traveler who visited many countries with her husband, Mickey; and enthusiastically shopped for her loved ones. Patti's kind words, generosity, and constant smile will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her.
A memorial service will be held at Congregation Schaarai Zedek on Tuesday, 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Patti's family is incredibly grateful for the many years of care shown by the entire staff of Suncoast Hospice and Advanced Care Center. Condolences may be expressed online at: segalfuneralhome.com.
