Norman Hare

Norman C. Hare, 68, of Odessa, Florida, died Friday June 19, 2009 at his home. Norman came to Tampa 12 years ago from his native Philadelphia, PA. He was an insurance professional hving worked for 30 years with The Hartford, and was an amateur meteorologist and enjoyed thoroughbred racing and golf. Survivors include his beloved wife of 31 years, Susan; son James B. Hare of Croydon, PA; brother and sisters in law Kenneth J. and JoAnn Hare of Pine Hill, NJ and Jane Hare of Crystal River, FL; and three grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Sunday June 21, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Gan Shalom Cemetery, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, The National Brain Tumor society, The Musella Foundation, or T.H.E. Brain Trust.
