Naomi Katz

KATZ, Naomi Roberta, age 82 of Tampa died Saturday, August 25, 2018. Naomi was born in New York and came to Tampa in 1974 from Pennsylvania. along with her late husband she owned the Travel Agency of Tampa travel and tour company and was a member of numerous organizations including the Town & Country Senior Center, the Town & Country Optimist Club of which she was past president and she taught Mah-Jong. Her favorite things revolved around her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and cherished grandmother. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred Katz, and cherished great-grandson, Wesley. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Steven Katz, Andrew & Lisa Katz and Jamie & Deanna Katz, daughter, Stacie Segal, nine grandchildren, Joseph Katz, Johnathan Katz, Jacklyn Katz, Jacob Denemark, Aaron Segal, Taylor Katz, Jessica Katz, Emily Katz, and Rachel Segal and great-grandchildren, Landen, Livia, Mason, Kylo, Levi and Declan. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, August 22, 2018 at Segal Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Monday afternoon beginning at 4 PM at 8615 Manassas Rd. in Tampa with a minyan service to be held at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Schaarai Zedek. The
