Myer (Mickey) Frank, 91, of Tampa, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. He was born in Burlington, VT, served in the Army during World War II, graduated from the University of Vermont, and moved to Tampa in 1949. Mickey is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Patti; daughter Allison of Asheville, NC; son Joe (Jill) and three grandchildren, Bryce, Nathan, and Ian. He is preceded in death by his brother Macy and his twin brother Albert. Mickey had a great love for his family, friends, and work and always found time to help a person in need. His generous nature could be seen in the way he took care of his family, the charities he supported, the animals he cared for, and the time he gave to the Jewish community. Mickey will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held at Congregation Schaarai Zedek on Friday, March 10th at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Suncoast Hospice. The family is incredibly grateful for the many years of care shown by the entire staff of Suncoast Hospice and Advanced Care Center.
