BALBER, Michael B., age 65 of Tampa died Monday, December 20, 2010. Mr. Balber came to Tampa 3 years ago from his native, New York. Survivors include his beloved wife of 41 years, Judy, his son, daughter, sister, two grandsons and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held Thursday December 23, 2010, 12:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 N. Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA, 22311.
