Max Landsman

Max Wolf Landsman peacefully passed away on July 12, 2015 at Weinberg Village in Tampa, Florida. He was 96 years old and was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 31, 1918. Max was a PROUD World War II Veteran. Max was predeceased by his wife Ida Feider Landsman, and his children, Sandra Berger, Allan Landsman, Phyllis May, Francine Landsman, and his granddaughter Susan Berger. He is survived by his daughters, Gloria Levine (Dr. Lester Levine) Longwood, FL, Lenore Price, Harrisonburg, VA, 7 Grandchildren, Lisa Levin (Eric Levin), David Itkin, Lauren Levine Sherman (Craig Sherman), Kimberly Valdez (Robert Valdez), Renee May, Darcie Levine, Joshua Levine (Jessica Levine), and 9 Great-Grandchildren. He moved his family to Monsey, NY in 1958. He retired from the New York City Transit Authority in 1975. The funeral will be held at Frederick Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Brick Church Road in Spring Valley, NY on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 1:00PM.
