Marvin Goldenberg, 86, of Tampa, died Saturday April 24, 2010. He is survived by Betty, his beloved wife of 61 years; sons and daughters-in-law Lance and Ann Goldenberg, Lex and Susie Goldenberg, and Bruce and Eileen Goldenberg; and grandchildren Ryan and his wife Rachel, Rachel Pikelny and husband Motti, Alana, Carey, Alex, and Max. Marvin was the founder of National Auto Parts, National Trux-n-Parts, Trucks & Parts of Tampa, and The Old Car Company. He was an antique car collector, involved with S.C.O.R.E., a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek, B'Nai Brith, and was among the founders of Beth Boruk Temple in Richmond, Indiana. He was National President of the National Auto and Truck Wreckers Association. A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, April 27 at Congregation Schaarai Zedek, 3301 W. Swann Ave., Tampa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Schaarai Zedek.
