Lorraine Davis Leib

Lorraine Davis Leib, 94, daughter of the late Jeannette and Isadore Davis, and granddaughter of the late Rose Fishman, was a second-generation Tampa native.  She was a graduate of Plant High School, volunteer at Tampa General Hospital for 43 years, a Life member of Hadassah, and was among the founding families of the Rodeph Shalom Synagogue. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband and soulmate of over 61 years, Walter Leib. She will be truly missed by her daughters Sherry Leib and Gail Leib Polster (Neil) ; granddaughters, Jaime and Liza Polster; and  sisters, Sylvia Alperstein and Shirlee Schiller.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00am ,Tuesday August 1, 2017 at Rodeph Sholom Cemetery 3612 Ola Ave Tampa, FL 33603. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to ASPCA or Schaarai Zedek Synagogue.
