BENICE, J. Lee, 84 of Tampa, FL passed away on January 26th, 2015. Lee was born in Buffalo, New York; he had an Bachelor of Laws degree; and was honorably discharged from the United States Army. Lee was preceded in death by his wife Nan ; daughter, Deborah, and son, David Alan; he is survived by his two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Doris Benice of Sarasota, FL and Daniel and Sylvia Benice of Cary, N.C.. Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday Jan. 28th 2015 at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park 2853 Sunset Point Rd., Clearwater, FL. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Segal Funeral Home 813-874-3330.
