Leah Kaufman

KAUFMAN, Leah Cohen , age 82 of Tampa, Florida, formerly of  Radnor, PA died Friday, November 11, 2016 in Tampa. Mrs. Kaufman was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on March 11, 1934. She graduated from Olney High School class of 1952 continued her studies at Penn State University graduating in 1956 and eventually earned her Masters in Library Science from Drexel University in 1978.  Married in 1958 to Dr. Karl J Kaufman she was a teacher and librarian in the Philadelphia School District for over 40 years. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Dr. Karl J. Kaufman, survivors include her children and their spouses,
Judy VanDerStelt (Jay), Diane Wachs (Michael), David Kaufman (Santina) and Ann Oland (Jordan) and ten cherished grandchildren, Marnie, Ben, & Lindsay Wachs; Seth (Hope), Rachel, & Hannah VanDerStelt; Lucas & Zoe Oland; Ilana & Gabrielle Kaufman..
