Joseph Leff

Joseph N. Leff, 83, of Tampa, died Wednesday June 9, 2010. Mr. Leff came to Tampa 15 years ago from his native New York. He is survived by his beloved wife Doris Leff; sons and daughters-in-law David and Linda Leff of New York, Mark and Carol Leff of Tampa, Michael and Maria Leff of New York; daughter Wendy Neer of Delray Beach; sister Marilyn Altman of Pompano Beach; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great-granddaughter. Mr. Leff was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy and had been a volunteer at Hunters Green Elementary School for 15 years. Graveside funeral services will take place at 2:00 p.m. Monday June 14, 2010 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LifePath Hospice, 3010 W. Azeele, Tampa, FL 33609.
