Ivan Margolis

MARGOLIS, Ivan, age 65 of Tampa died March 18, 2008 following a brief illness. Ivan was born November 22, 1942 and grew up in Minneapolis, MN . He came to Tampa 25 years ago. Preceded in death by his father, Harry Margolis. Lovingly survived by his wife, Stefani Margolis, daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Paul Wallace, son, Harrison Margolis, mother, Marion Margolis, sister and brother-in-law, Joann and Stuart Marafsky, brother, Barron Margolis, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Murry and Meryl Cohen and Marilyn Krachmer, nieces, Lynn Chernin and Lisa Richman and many other family members, friends and Malka. The family wishes to thank Dr. Matthew Fink and the staff of Gulf Coast Oncology for their care and caring. Graveside services will be held today (Wednesday) 3:30 PM at Gan Shalom Cemetery, 3527 County Line Rd., Lutz. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gulf Coast Oncology Foundation, Attn: Judith Bagshaw, 4612 N. Habana Avenue, Tampa, FL. 33612. The family will sit Shiva at 5105 Lanai Way, Tampa with a Minyan service on Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
