Gregory Waksman

Gregory Waksman, age 80, of Tampa died Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Mr. Waksman came to Tampa from his native Cuba in 1961. He was a founder and owner of Corona Brush Company which he operated for over 60years, a member of Congregation Rodeph Sholom and was active in numerous charitable organizations. Survivors include his beloved wife of 59 years, Maria; sons and daughters-in-law, Benjamin & Dottie of Seffner, Segio & Karen and Albert & Susan all of Tampa; 7 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday April 9, 2010, 1:00 PM at Congregation Rodeph Sholom, 2713 Bayshore Boulevard, Tampa, with Rabbi Marc Sack and Cantor Moshe Friedler officiating. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
