Gastrat Joseph

JOSEPH, Gastrat 68, of Tampa, passed away July 17, 2015. He was born in Haiti on June 05, 1947 to Lirena and Josafa Joseph. Gastrat is survived by his wife of 33 years, Soeurette Berlus and their three sons; Smith, Bertholin, and Shawn Joseph; daughters Evena Joseph, Junick Joseph, Miriam Voltaire, Judette Louis, and Peggy Gibbs; seven grandchildren; Camille and Kingsley, Lorenzo, Cassie, Smith Jr, Ricky and Tracey. Gastrat was anchored by his faith in God. He loved spending time with his family, long road trips, walks on the beach and traveling to Haiti. His weekends weren't complete without playing Dominos with his friends; living in Florida was a "dream come true" for him but unfortunately came too late. Visitation will be held at Segal Funeral Home on Friday July 31, 2015 from 6:00pm- 8:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church 821 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL on Saturday, August 1st at 10:00am; immediately following the Funeral Mass, Gastrat will be entombed at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
