MORGAN, William F. "Frank", age 44, of Tampa died Friday, July 20, 2007. Survivors include his beloved wife of 24 years, Mary Bell, his mother, Patricia Beard , step-daughters, Katrina Bell and Kimberly Bell, brother, Johnny Moody, sisters, Dolly Davis and Sheryl Rei and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Monday, 3:00 PM at Segal Funeral Home, 3909 Henderson Blvd., Tampa.
