Frank Bass

Frank Bass, 92, of Tampa, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, March 15, 2009. Preceded in death by his wife Rachel, his sister Bess Edelstein, and his nephews Harry and Irving Bass, he is survived by his nieces and nephews Sheila Bass, Ted and Liz Bass, and Michael and Betty Jo Blauner. The family greatly appreciates the care given by his devoted caregiver and friend, Teresa Basco. He was a long time member of Congregation Rodeph Sholom, and proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was loved dearly and will be missed by all. Private graveside services will take place at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, Martin Luther King Blvd on Tuessday, March 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
