Francine LeVine

LeVINE, Francine Linsky, age 77 of Tampa, died on June 3, 2012. Mrs. LeVine came to Tampa in 1950 from her native Chicago,IL and was a 1952 graduate of H.B.Plant High School. She was an entrepeneur having owned several women's clothing stores including, The Stork Route, maternity shop and The Loungerie, lingerie store at a time when it was uncommon for women to own businesses. She was a member of Congregration, Rodeph Sholom, and served on the board of Menorah Manor. Survivors include, her beloved husband of 57 years,G. Bruce LeVine, son and daughter-in-law, Dennis & Francine LeVine, daughters and sons-in-law, Ellyne & Rick Myers and Susan & Michael Edgerley, grandchildren, Alissa Myers, Stephanie Myers, Ari LeVine, Marci LeVine, Jack LeVine, Lida LeVine, Veronica LeVine and Elizabeth Edgerley, sisters-in-law, Loretta Linsky, Gerry Linsky, Bobbi LeVine as well as cousins, nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held today (Tuesday), 1:00pm at Congregation Rodeph Sholom, 2713 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa. Interment will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Menorah Manor or The American Cancer Society.
