RICHARDS, Elizabeth Pamela, age 30 of Wesley Chapel died Wednesday, August 2, 2017. She is survived by her loving parents, Ira & Barbara Richards, brothers and sister-in-law, Charles & Ashley Richards of Orlando and Jeffrey of Wesley Chapel,  her grandmother, Ceceil Mildworm of New York and nephews, Hudson and Austin.
