Eleanor Lyon-Jochimek

Lyon-Jochimek, Eleanor Guttman, age 84, of Tampa died Thursday, May 7, 2009. Mrs. Jochimek was born in Ithaca, New York and came to Tampa from Nashville, TN. over 25 years ago. She taught French at Vanderbilt University and the University of Pennsylvania. She was a lover and patron of art, music and literature. Survivors include her beloved husband, Jerzy Jochimek of Tampa, loving sons, Johnny G. Lyon of Tampa and Jay Lyon of San Francisco, CA. and devoted brother, Jerome B. Guttman of Boca Raton. Funeral services will be held Monday, 1:00 PM at Segal Funeral Home, 3909 Henderson Boulevard, Tampa.
