Dr. Sanford Kalter

KALTER, Dr. Sanford M. "Sandy" Kalter, age 74 of The Villages, FL., died Friday, March 4, 2011 in Tampa. Dr. Kalter moved to The Villages recently after residing in Hollywood, Tamarac and Delray Beach, FL where he lived for the past nine years. He was a US Army veteran, was a Dentist, practicing in Cooper City, FL and a member of the Knights of Pythias. Survivors include his beloved wife of 50 years, Phyllis, sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. Craig & Ann Kalter of Tampa, Brad & Julie Kalter of Johns Creek, GA, grandchildren, Becky, Daniel, Joshua & Samantha and his brother, Gerald Kalter of Boynton Beach. Funeral services will be held Sunday, 3:00 PM at Congregation Kol Ami, 3919 Moran Road, Tampa. Interment will follow at Gan Shalom Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lifepath Hospice.
