Dov Sussman

Dov Sussman, passed away on 1 December 2021, after a brief illness. Dov was preceded in death by his parents, Major James J. Sussman and Miriam Sussman. He is survived by his wife, Teresa and children, Captain Michael C. Sussman and Sarah K. Sussman and his Dog, Allie.
Dov was a true Renaissance Man. He was a successful attorney, published writer, and a History Professor. He travelled extensively for work and spoke numerous languages. Dov was a Licensed Pilot and an avid Horseman.
A memorial service open to the public will be held at Congregation Schaarai Zedek on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dov’s memory to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, t2t.org, or Congregation Schaarai Zedek, 3303 W. Swann Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
The family is deeply grateful for the devoted care of Dov by the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of ICU 1 and 2 at Moffit Cancer Center.
