ROSENBLATT, Doris, 94, of St. Petersburg, passed away on May 20, 2021. Doris was born in Atlanta, Georgia to parents Samuel and Irene Chaite. Doris was a member of the Davis Islands Garden Club for over 50 years. She had many achievements such as being honored by the Israeli Bonds, being listed in the Jefferson High School Hall of Fame, being a founding member of Menorah Manor and the co-founder of The Jewish Museum of Florida. Doris was married to the love of her life, Frank L. Rosenblatt for over 70 years. She took on many different roles in her life but the most important one was Matriarch of her large and loving family. Doris never missed a graduation or moving into a first apartment! She was a true “Woman of Valor.” Doris was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Irene Chaite and sister Bobbie Lurie. She is survived by her children, Nancy Linsky (David); Beverly Levinson (Leon) and Robert Rosenblatt, grandchildren Sam Linsky, Ron Linsky, Sara Eidelman, Andi Kristall and Katherine Dickson, and 11 Great Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Schaarai Zedek or Menorah Manor. The Family would like to thank caregivers Kassie Carby and Marilyn Adams for many years of loving care. Funeral services will take place on Friday, 5/21 at 3:00PM. Live stream is available:
