Don Warner

Warner, Don, age 82 of Tampa died Tuesday, November 27, 2012. Mr. Warner was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the founder and owner of Fore Ltd, designer golf shoe company for 20 years in Tampa. His shoes were most notably worn by professional golfer, Payne Stewart. He was a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek, and Avila Country Club. Don had a passion for golf and was an avid fisherman. Survivors include his beloved wife of 41 years, Sally, son, Eric Matez of Tanzania, Africa, daughter and son-in-law, Lindsey & William Steen of Tampa, three grandchildren, Sarah, Alison and Donovan and two great grandchildren, Jayden & Caleb. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Congregation Schaarai Zedek, 3303 West Swann Avenue, Tampa. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Schaarai Zedek. The family will receive friends at their home following the Memorial Service beginning at 12 noon.
