Danielle Tashman

TASHMAN, Danielle Beth, age 22, of New York, formerly of Tampa, lost her battle with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorder on September 9, 2018, after years of challenges and attempts at treatment. Before settling down in New York in 2007, the Tampa native moved to Georgia in 1997, before deciding to make Woodstock her home. Danielle's life was filled with uniqueness and adventure, from her astounding accomplishment of being the youngest assistant court clerk in the history of New York, to her goat farming job which she loved so much that she even named one of the goats after her dear sister, Becca. Danielle was a compassionate young woman who loved and was loved fiercely by all those who knew her. She will be sorely missed by her parents, Jeffrey and Karen Tashman; siblings, Philip Patron, Shayna Micucci (Anthony) and Rebecca Tashman; grandmothers, Harriet Chesler and Ruth Tashman; Aunts and uncles; Max and Pam Chesler, Eric and Sherry Chesler, Manuel and Debra Wolfe, David and Marsha Tashman, and Scott and Evie Tashman and many treasured cousins, including Craig Tashman, Michael Chesler, Samantha Tannous (Nick), Michael Tashman, Ben Chesler, Jonathan "Quincy" Tashman, Sarah Chesler, Jacob Chesler, Melissa Wolfe and Lauren Wolfe. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, September 13, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Congregation Beth Shalom located at 1325 S. Belcher Road in Clearwater. Interment will take place at Gan Shalom Cemetery located at 3527 E. County Line Road in Lutz immediately following.

Shiva will take place at the family's residence in Clearwater Thursday through Monday. Thursday 7:30 PM, Saturday 8:00 PM, Sunday 7:30 PM and Monday 7:30 PM.
