Clare Krasne

KRASNE, Clare, age 88, of Tampa, FL. Formerly of Beachwood, Ohio died Sunday, August 5, 2007 in Tampa. Mrs. Krasne was born in Chicago, IL. and came to Tampa four years ago from Beachwood where she had resided in the Cleveland area for 55 years. She was an artist and enjoyed painting, ceramics and sculpture and played tennis and golf . Mrs. Krasne was a volunteer at the Bellfaire Residence and was a former member of Park Synagogue. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Saul. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jay & Linda Krasne of Tampa, grandchildren, Nathan (Lisa) Krasne, Matthew Krasne and Jill Krasne, brothers, Gene Grant, Leonard Davis and Sister Anne Miller. Burial took place at Bet Olam Cemetery, Beachwood, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 12, 2007 at the home of Jay and Linda Krasne.
