Carol Walker

WALKER, Carol W., age 79 of Tampa died Sunday, February 10, 2008 at her home. Mrs. Walker was born in New York and came to Tampa in 1973 from Bridgeport, CT.. She was a school guidance counselor at Carrollwood Elementary and Chiaramonte Elementary schools and a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sol Walker. Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, William Hahn of Hollywood, FL. And Daniel & Pat Hahn of Tampa, daughter, Laurie Falk of Cincinnati, OH, five grandchildren, Jennifer, Amy, Stephanie, Ricardo and Luis, great granddaughter, Aliza, sister, Ethel Kurtzman (Herbert) of Cedarhurst, NY, brother, Lawrence Westheimer (Shirley) of Tamarac and stepdaughters, Cynthia Walker and Deborah Hill. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 PM at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. Rabbi Richard Birnholz will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Schaarai Zedek or the charity of ones choice.
