82, of Tampa, died on October 30, 2012. Mrs. Shelton was a member of the Sisterhood at Congregation Kol Ami and a lifetime member of Hadassah and had her B'nai Mitzvah over 10 years ago. Mrs. Shelton was a WUSF volunteer and a storyteller in Hillsborough Libraries for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by a nephew, Michael R. Salkin. Survivors include, three brothers and sisters-in-law, Arthur & Martha Salkin, of Pembroke Pines, Frederick & Rose Salkin, of Morton Grove, IL, Michael J. Salkin of Albuquerque, NM, four nieces, Nancy Botkin, of Davie, Sarah Kaplan, of Pembroke Pines, Debra Gudai, of Plantation and Beth Herman, of Boca Raton and seven cherished great-nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012, 2:00 pm at Gan Shalom Cemetery, 3700 County Line Road, Lutz. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Kol Ami, WUSF or Lifepath Hospice.
