Belle Portnoy

Belle Portnoy, 72, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2016. Devoted wife of Stuart; beloved mother of Beth Gemunder (David) and Lori Frenden (Daniel); and proud grandmother of Joshua, Ethan, Emma, Sarah, Samuel and Benjamin. Belle was a Brooklyn girl who loved her family, her friends, and her bingo. She will be missed terribly. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13 at Congregation Beth Am, 2030 West Fletcher Avenue, Tampa, FL, followed by interment at Gan Shalom Cemetery, 3527 County Line Road, Lutz, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, 12902 Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL 33612.
